BIACProfiles

BIAC Profiles is an accurate self-reporting questionnaire – not a scientific measuring tool. It connects thinking styles with behaviour and reveals how these styles can impact on a person’s or teams’ overall effectiveness and their ability to interact successfully with customers or colleagues.

The process is a culmination of specific study, relevant research, practical commercial application and is validated by a senior Clinical Psychologist.

BIAC Profiles also facilitates required adjustment or changes in thinking and behaviour and has been carefully developed to provide support and direction for job holders everywhere.

BIAC Profiles consists of three products:

  • BIAC Personal Effectiveness accurately measures current thinking and behaviour within accepted norms and how to make adjustments where required.

  • BIAC Role Selection allows insight into candidates thinking and likely behaviour which highlights suitability for specific roles.

  • BIAC Team Effectiveness is a measurement of a teams collective current thinking and behaviour culture which allows team members work more productively together.
